Hotel Schlosskrone - Fussen

Classy hotel.

Great location near a very cosy restaurant, and public transport and the town centre; efficient check-in. New-fashioned & huge unit with welcome bottle of sparkling water, a balcony and a bath.

Location and extra toilet in the room.

Rubbish bin in the kitchen in the room was not cleared.

we arrived around 11:00 pm and hotel was closed down. Took us almost 45 minutes on a cold rainy night to get access to our room! Not good!

The restaurant was good. We had a good dinner there. I was expecting a bit more from the breakfast since they own a bakery shop. There is free wi-fi.

The hotel is not a 4 stars. It is a fair 3 stars hotel. It is over priced. The decoration is very basic, lacks caracter. There is no toallet amenities, only a liquid soap in the shower.

Delicious breakfast with slices of fresh bread and muesli available. Recently refurbished room and airy with a bath.

Excellent breakfast and perfect location!

The location was ideal, just a short walk to the town center and also conveniently close to attractions. The staff were attentive and the room wasvery comfy and tidy. One small downside was the bathroom privacy issue, as it had a glass wall that faced the main room.

Variety of nice food, we appreciated it. The room was immaculately clean, also it had smoke detectors. Location: the hotel was close to Fussen and the surrounding areas, the very centre, good parking place and great restaurants🙂👌😀

The reception staff were very helpfull and welcoming. We had a lovely large room and appreciated the little welcome note on the pillow.

We were dissapointed that the front of the hotel was difficult to access because of the footpath renovations! We couldn't even hear the reception staff when they welcomed us!!! Also the renovations through the corridor on the first floor were less than attractive! There was no mention of these renovations when we made the booking! Most dissapointing was the waitress in the cafe/restaurant who we had a few problems with. She seemed as if she really didn't care about her customers.

Excellent breakfast buffet

Everything was perfect,great breakfast & great Dining room walking distance to centre.Great spot to visit Castles from, also White Church is on the way.Staff were excellent.Parking close by,Wi Fi worked and has a lift.

Not long enough stay!

Location was easy. Breakfast buffet was awesome. "Castle view" is of the Fussen castle- not Neuschwanstein. Very clean and well kept.

Considering the night cost, I think parking should be included. No washcloths.

The location was excellent, just a short walk to the town center. My room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. The staff provided really good service, especially the restaurant waitstaff, who were attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations, with a diverse selection including various types of eggs, bacon, fresh breads, and a range of fruits and yogurts. I would definitely stay here again.

The only downside was having to leave so soon!

Superior room with a radio in the bathroom as well as additional sink separate from the shower.

A very nice hotel, very centrally located, with a brand new wing - where our room was situated. Sparkling new with flatscreen TV, underground parking, and very good service. Highly recommended.
